SHIPPING

Once your order has been received, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed, to allow you to follow its progress. Please double check your address details at the point of ordering, as any mistake in your delivery address can lead to delays.

Your order will be handed over to our shipping partners (DHL / Deutsche Post) within 1-3 working days after your payment has been received. Successful payments via PayPal, Stripe and Klarna are received immediately. Payments received via Bank Transfer depend on when you complete the transfer and how long it takes your bank to then transfer the money to our bank account in Germany.

PLEASE NOTE: Our warehouse is located in Germany. For this reason all shipments will be sent from Germany.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by problems with the delivery company. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. During holiday periods, processing orders may be slightly slower than normal. However if this is the case you will be notified by a separate message in the shop prior to ordering.
