Here are some answers to questions you might be looking for, before you contact us.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all European countries (including the non-EU countries of Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Iceland and Norway). Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not ship to countries outside of Europe.

How long does shipping take?

Our warehouse is located in Germany and all shipments are sent out from Germany.

Packages will leave our warehouse between 1 – 3 days after payment has been received. For an approximate delivery time once the packages have left our warehouse, please look at our payment and shipping page.

Can I track my package?

Yes. All packages have a tracking number so you can follow their progress. This will be sent to you via email when your order is ready.

Can I talk to someone on the phone?

We only offer customer support via email. We try our very best to answer questions by email within a matter of hours (during normal working hours).

If I want to return my order, how do I do so?

If for whatever reason you want to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of having received it. Please however let us know before you send anything back, as we will need to send you our conditions for returning your order and where it needs to be sent to.
